The escort service at the feet of children in primary schools in the coming months will be offered to all schools through the project with which the town of Macerata has won the regional funds of the program ACE (Action for the Sustainability and Sustainable Development).
The Pedibus aims to reduce vehicular congestion at the entrance and exit of schools, improve air quality and safety of pedestrian mobility. It is also a way to help children discover the fun of socializing regain their rights of young pedestrians.
to organize the service, the Environmental Education Centre Municipal Park Fontescodella, in collaboration with educational directions, is organizing a series of meetings with parents to collect the membership of children and, hopefully, volunteer who serve on them.
The invitation to parents and family is thus to participate in numerous meetings to be held on the following dates.
